Mr. Md. Moahadul Mowla, S/o Abdul Wahed was born in a village named Dublapar of Sandwip Thana under the District of Chittagong. He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He is also an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Mr. Mowla has completed his Secondary Education from the Cargill High School, Sandwip and received his Bachelor Degree from the Government College of Commerce, Chittagong.

Soon after completion of his academic education he achieved Chartered Accountancy Degree in the year 1996 from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). The  ICAB is the sole custodian of the accounting profession of Bangladesh. The ICAB is the member of IFAC, IASB, CAPA and SAFA.

He has founded the Chartered Accountant firm named Mowla Mohammad & Co. Chartered Accountants (MMC) under his own name and style in the year 1999 and has been practicing as public accountant under MMC from 1999 to till to date.

Mr. Mowla  has been practicing Income Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT) with the National Board of Revenue (NBR) since 1993. He has also been practicing the Income Tax issue before the Honorable High Court.

Mr. Mowla has been serving as guest faculty in the number of Private Universities, Professional Institutions for teaching Income Tax. Mr. Mowla is the author of number of publications on Income Tax, VAT, Company Law. His some of the popular publications are listed below:
