Job Responsibilities
  • Managing diaries, organizing formal, informal meetings and appointments of the Managing Director on a daily basis.
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls of prominent business clients and guests.
  • Organize and setup scheduled virtual meetings for the Managing Director on different online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype etc on a regular basis.
  • Organize meeting files, scheduling and calendaring meetings, identifying, inviting and confirming participants, facility arrangements where required.
  • Preparing travel arrangements including visa, ticketing, transportation and hotel reservation for the managing director both domestic and international travels.
  • Ensure the Managing Director is fully briefed on, or prepared for engagements he is involved.
  • Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Draft business letters, emails, personal correspondence, and provide other administrative assistance regarding documentation to the Managing Director.
  • Take notes or dictation at meetings.
  • Typing and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage the Managing Director's office ensuring the proper documentation of personal and business files, record keeping and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate
  • Coordinate with management team, other departments and all wings of the group as per requirement.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Masters, Master of Commerce (MCom)
  • At least 6 years

  • Strong communication skill in English both speaking and writing.
  • Pleasant personality, smart & convincing skills.

  • Having sound knowledge in MS office and virtual meeting platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype etc.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
  • High level of professional integrity.
