Job Context

• Maintained all VAT related register of all concern as per New VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rule 2016 & also has to keep these records in NBR approved VAT software and own MS-Excel.
• Co-Ordination with VAT & Delivery and reconciliation all report
• Checking monthly VAT returns (Centrally) with required supporting and submission to VAT authorities on time.

Job Responsibilities

• Centrally coordinate all concerned of factory about amendment of VAT rules.
• Check accuracy of VAT & software record keeping
• Reconcile VAT delivery/purchase with Store delivery/Purchase.
• Communication & attending on hearing for all VAT related affairs with VAT Authority (VAT local office, Customs Intelligence Agency)
• Follow up VDS compliance.
• To Update the following VAT Records Manually & using VAT Software(VMS);- Mushak -6.1 ,Mushak -6.2, Mushak -6.3 Mushak -6.3 Mushak -6.4 Mushak -6.5 Mushak -6.6 Mushak -6.7 Mushak -6.8,Mushak -6.10., Mushak-4.3, Mushak-9.1 & Mushak-9,2
• Coordinate & communication with Accounts and Purchase/Procurement Department to ensure for smooth VAT related activities.
• Prepared Draw Back Statement of Export Products sales & Refund activates.
• Regular VAT related works, information & Problem issue communication with HOD.
• Any other issues as related to assign by management.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Equivalent, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  
• Masters, Master of Commerce (MCom)
  
• Training/Trade Course: VAT Tax
• Public or Nation University

• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working
