Job Context

• Job Context: The Assistant Manager, Audit will report to Manager, Audit of the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the smooth operation of the audit department. In this context, we need dedicated, self-motivated, and proactive accounts professional who have experience to work in audit issue identification, identify risk areas and audit report writing.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to develop and implement an annual audit plan for all business unit of the Group to ensure that the organization complies with financial and statutory regulations and standards.
• Assist in planing and conduct periodic orientation in business units to ensure that all major risks of the business units are identified, analysed and assist to prepare reports.
• Provide clear summary reports of audit findings with evidence and recommendations to the Manager, Audit.
• Review and organize audit working paper properly and maintain for future reference with confidentiality.
• Assessing risk factors to identify high risk areas within the business units.
• Suggest process improvements and strategies of all Business unit concern of the organization to reduce fraud, corruption, and operational lapses.
• Visit the organization’s factories, projects, and service points monthly basis to get the authentic data to ensure proper compliances.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Equivalent, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  
• Masters, Master of Commerce (MCom)
  
• Minimum Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting.
• Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC) and CA (Knowledge or professional level) completed.
• Public or Nation University,

Experience

• At least 3 years
• Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC) and CA (Knowledge or professional level) completed.

Additional Requirements

• Age 28-35
• Both males & females are allowed to apply
• 5 to 7 year(s) relevant work experience is required for this position.
• The applicants should have experience in Audit/ Accounts/ Finance functions.
• Excellent proficiency in MS office specially in Power Point presentation.
• Excellent report writing skills & strong analytical ability is required.
• Excellent communication skills both in Bangla & English is required.
